I hold a Master of Business Administration and help companies and organizations to develop and increase employee motivation. I have done that during more than twenty years.
Modern management is based on the existence of clear business goals and visions - and on the employees being involved and taking responsibility. Clear internal and external communication is a key concept in this work.
I have worked with clients in various business areas, e.g. universities and colleges, retail chains, travel companies, publishers, IT companies and financial institutions. Thanks to my methods, the development has accelerated and the results come fast - even in cases where development previously failed.
